Science Fun for Kids of All Ages!

Kids, come to the Old Fort Library on Wed. 10/7 or the Marion Library on Thurs. 10/8 at 3:30 pm for the program "Blow it Up!" with the KidSenses Interactive Museum!

10-08-15 You are invited to the Old Fort Branch Library on Thursday, October 8th for the next meeting of the Friends of the Old Fort Branch Library, which will be held at 7:00 pm in the conference room. Anyone interested is encouraged to attend, and it’s worth coming just to see the beautiful new carpet. 7:00 pm
10-02-15 & 10-03-15 Calling all book lovers: be sure to come by the Old Fort Branch Library on October 2-3 for the Friends of the Library Book Sale. There is a wide selection of hardbacks, paperbacks, fiction, and nonfiction, all at bargain prices. All proceeds are used by the Friends to fund the children’s Summer Reading Program and special needs of the Old Fort Library, such as the new DVD shelving. There will also be a drawing for the beautiful handmade green and white cotton afghan Nanette Hankins donated to the Old Fort Library. Raffle tickets are still available at the Old Fort Library for $1.00/each or 6 for $5.00. 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
09-29-15 The Friends of the Old Fort Branch Library have chosen “The Dovekeepers” by Alice Hoffman as the subject of the next Book Talk. It will be held on September 29th at 6:00 pm at Java Junction in Old Fort. 6:00 pm
