BOOK DISCUSSION: Come join us for a series of book discussions co-sponsored by the Friends of the Library and the N.C. Humanities Council (an affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities) in partnership with the North Carolina Center for the Book, a program of the State Library of N.C. This year’s theme is “Exploring Faith in Literature.” They’ll be held every other Tuesday at 6:30 pm beginning September 14th in the meeting room of the Marion Library at 90 West Court Street. A Prayer for Owen Meaney by John Irving is the 1st book. Come Sept. 14 at 6:30 pm! |
